CRESTLINE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The woman’s body was located last month November 18 about 75 feet down a steep embankment along Highway 138, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. The county’s medical examiner’s office ultimately identified the woman on Monday.
Officials say the body is that of Aryan Papoli, a 58-year-old resident of Newport Beach from Orange County who had previously been reported missing. When she was reported missing was not immediately disclosed.
The death remains under investigation, and authorities have not said if foul play is suspected.
At the time of Papoli’s death, she was wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue pants, and white and black New Balance shoes. She’s described as having bleached blonde hair and brown eyes.
