APPLE VALLEY, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Two people were injured and sent to the hospital after a crash on Interstate 15 Monday afternoon according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported on December 8, 2025, at around 2:34pm on northbound I-15 roughly one mile south of the Dale Evans Parkway off-ramp. Early reports indicated a Forest Service engine was involved in the collision and another vehicle, prompting CHP to request medical response and additional rescue units.
Officials said two people had suffered minor injuries, with one patient able to walk away with minor wounds.
The #1 lane was blocked as emergency crews and tow trucks worked the scene.
Additional details were limited at this time. We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Barstow Office.
