VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A crash involving a pickup truck and a semi pulling a set of doubles dry bulk trailers led to standstill traffic on Southbound Interstate 15 Monday morning.
The crash was reported at about 9:14am on February 16, 2026, on southbound I-15 about a mile before the Main Street exit.
California Highway Patrol traffic log report said the driver of the pickup truck hit the rear end of the semi-trailer, and the driver of the truck was pinned in and bleeding from mouth.
The pickup truck driver reported minor injuries and declined medical transport.
No injuries were reported of the semi driver.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office.
