VICTORVILLE, CA (Pain In The Pass) >> Two lanes of northbound Interstate 15 are reopened after a pickup truck pulling a RV trailer overturned and crashed Sunday morning.
California Highway Patrol were getting calls of a white GMC Sierra pick truck pulling a RV trailer that jackknifed and both overturned. The crash took place Sunday March 1, 2026, at about 8:26am, on northbound I-15 about a mile after Stoddard Wells Road exit. The truck and trailer flipped over on its side and landed in the fast and #2 lane.
Everybody was able to exit the pickup truck according to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Log.
They removed the truck and trailer from the traffic lanes and lanes were reopened around 9:30am.
For reasons still under investigation, the CHP traffic log stated the truck and trailer had a possible blow out tire, lost control, and the trailer rolled over.
This caused a major traffic tie-up on northbound I-15. Traffic was jammed all the way to D Street at one point.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office.
