LAKE ARROWHWEAD, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Saturday and Sunday the U.S. Forest Service of San Bernardino National Forest are planning a prescribed fire near Lake Arrowhead on April 11 & 12.
The project is planned for 106 acres and is located North of the Lake Arrowhead community. Ignitions are planned to begin 9am each day and end around 4-5pm.

There are factors that may postpone or cancel the burn (such as wind and weather, permissive burn day, resource availability, etc.)
No road closures are planned, however, roads near the burn will be busy with fire personnel and equipment; drivers should use caution in the area.
You may see and smell smoke. Crews will remain on scene throughout the day and night as the fire continues to smolder.
There is no need to report.
