HALLORAN SPRINGS, CA. (Pain in The Pass) >> At least four people were injured in a rollover crash Sunday morning on Interstate 15, prompting a significant emergency response, including two medical helicopters.
Initial callers reported a two-vehicle crash at about 5:56am just ahead of this rollover crash. This incident was involving a semi tractor-trailer and a white Subaru on the right shoulder.
California Highway Patrol responded to a single vehicle rollover crash at 6:02am on northbound I-15 near Halloran Springs Road exit. The incident involved a Tesla sedan that veered off the roadway.
Two people were air-lifted from the scene with injuries, while two others were transported by ground ambulances to local hospital.
Mercy Air #7 and #21 helicopters air-lifted both to University Medical Center of Southern Nevada UMC Hospital.
Traffic in the area was temporarily impacted as crews worked to clear the scene.
Officials reported the driver may have been impairment and ask for a blood draw at the hospital.
