HARVARD, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> All lanes of northbound Interstate 15 are reopened after SUV pulling a RV trailer overturned and crashed Saturday afternoon.
California Highway Patrol were getting calls of a gray Jeep Wagoneer SUV pulling a RV trailer that jackknifed and overturned blocking all traffic lanes. The crash took place on June 20, 2026, at about 1:27pm, on northbound I-15 about two miles after Harvard Road exit.
Everybody was able to exit the SUV according to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Log.
They removed the SUV and trailer from the traffic lanes and all lanes were reopened around 5pm.
For reasons still under investigation, the CHP traffic log didn’t state if the SUV or the trailer had a possible blow out tire, causing the trailer to rolled over.
This caused a major traffic tie-up on northbound I-15. Traffic was jammed for about 5 to 6 miles before all lanes were reopen.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Barstow Office.
