CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Motorcycle chase ends in a major crash on Interstate 15 Freeway in Cajon pass, that snarled traffic on northbound Friday night.
According to a preliminary California Highway Patrol report, the suspect was fleeing officers while traveling northbound I-15 freeway on a motorcycle when he attempted to pass at a high speed and crashed about 2 miles before the Cleghorn Road exit. This incident happened at 8pm July 10, 2026.
Authorities said the rider was in custody and was injured in the crash, then was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
Details on what led up to the incident remain unclear at this time.
