VICTOVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A pedestrian was transported to a hospital after being struck by a semi tractor-trailer on northbound Interstate 15 in Victorville.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at around 3:06pm on October 13, 2026 on northbound I-15 Freeway just after the La Mesa Nisqualli Road exit.
CHP said paramedics transported the pedestrian to Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley. The pedestrian’s condition was reported as blunt force trauma and facial fractures.
The semi driver stayed at the scene.
