SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> San Bernardino County Fire Department and US Department of Forest Service firefighters extinguished a small brush fire that broke out along Highway 18 Tuesday afternoon.
The fire was reported around 3:59pm on Highway 18 near Old Waterman Canyon Road. California Highway Patrol closed Hwy 18 at Crestline Bridge to 40th Street until further notice. should be open sometime tonight. The fire was stopped and the size was about 25 acres burned about 5:30pm. Fire investigators also on-scene for a cause/origin investigation. The fire is dubbed the Coldwater Fire.
