VICTORVILLE, CA (Pain In The Pass) >> A fatal multi-vehicle crash in Victorville happened Sunday on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway near the Stoddard Wells Road off ramp. (Photo above is credit by Mari Zepeda)
The collision resulted in a three-vehicle pile-up about 3:32pm on Sunday August 20, 2023 according to the California Highway Patrol traffic report. The incident happened on the southbound 15 freeway, just before the Stoddard Well road exit.
According to reports, the incident involved a black Toyota Corolla with, a white Ford F-150 pickup truck, and a dark blue Porsche Cayenne.
When rescue crews arrived they said as a result of the collision, the driver of the Porsche sustained fatal injuries at the scene. A pregnant woman passenger, was rushed by ground ambulance to a local hospital in an unknown condition.
Two adults from the Ford pick-up truck were transported by ground ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
The male driver of the Toyota was not injured.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner has not released the victim name.
Road conditions from heavy rain did contributed to a deadly multi-vehicle crash.
