PRIMM, NV. (Pain In The Pass) >> Five people were injured Thursday night in a three-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 15 near Primm/Stateline, including one airlifted to UMC in Las Vegas.
Nevada State Police responded to the crash at around 9:27pm Thursday August 21, 2025, causing a complete roadblock on northbound I-15 at mile marker 5, just north of Primm, Nevada.
Officials said that three vehicles were involved resulting in multiple critical injuries, with four people needing to be transported by ground ambulance and one person required to be airlifted out.
Mercy Air Helicopter #7 airlifted one patient from the crash scene to University Medical Center of Southern Nevada.
The other four patients were transported to a nearby hospital and did not immediately provide conditions for each person.
