CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A driver who died in a rollover crash on Interstate 15 on Tuesday has been identified.
The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office says Sergio Flores Felix, 56-year-old, of Victorville was killed in the solo vehicle rollover crash on I-15 freeway.
According to California Highway Patrol, the crash happened just after 1:13pm on October 14, 2025, on northbound I-15 just after Highway 138 onramp.
A witnesses stated Felix was the driver of the dark gray pickup truck. He was reported to be traveling at an unsafe speed for the rainy conditions before losing control, skidded, overturned, and rolling down the embankment of the freeway.
San Bernardino County Fire rescues crews arrived and confirmed that Felix was trapped inside the truck and unresponsive.
Firefighters pulled Felix out and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
