FONTANA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A fatal collision involving a semi tractor-trailer and a pick-up truck shut down multiple lanes on westbound 210 Freeway for hours before reopening on Tuesday evening.
The crash occurred at around 4:53pm June 16, 2026, on westbound 210 freeway over the 15 Freeway blocking all lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.
San Bernardino County Fire were responding to a rescue collision involving a semi-truck and a white Ford F-150 pickup truck blocking multiple lanes.
The freeway was closed while emergency crews treated a single patient in the pickup truck, recuse crew later confirmed deceased at the scene.
No additional information about injuries or the cause of the crash was immediately available.
Two lanes were open around 6pm and the freeway reopened just before 8pm.
