YERMO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The San Bernardino County Coroner Office has released the name of the three people killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on northbound Interstate 15 Monday afternoon.
The driver and two passengers killed has been ID, Karen Perez 33-year-old woman, William Hernandez 35-year-old man, Adelyn Hernandez 7-year-old girl all residents of Los Angeles.
California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at around 12:50pm on June 22, 2026, when a burgundy Chevrolet Suburban SUV carrying five people and two dogs crashed were traveling on northbound I-15 just before the Calico Road exit.
According to press release by the California Highway Patrol said, the Chevrolet was traveling in the left lane at an unknown high speed toward the rear of a 2017 Toyota RAV4 in front them. The driver attempts to avoid a rear-end collision, the Chevrolet driver veered abruptly, lost control, and rolled over multiple time landed in the center divider
The Toyota RAV4 did stop at the scene.
In the investigation said the 33-year-old female driver, the 35-year-old man, and the 7-year-old girl were not wearing there seat belts and were all ejected from the SUV. The other two passengers inside survived the crash by wearing there seatbelts and were hospitalized. A 77-year-old woman suffered major injuries and was airlifted from the scene. An unidentified girl suffered moderate injuries.
Two French bulldogs traveling inside the SUV also survived the wreck and were uninjured.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Barstow Office.
