CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A two-vehicle collision on northbound Interstate 15 sent one person to the hospital Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at around 6:22am on August 1, 2026, on northbound I-15 about two miles before the Oak Hill Road exit.
The two vehicles involved from the CHP Traffic Log stated a Honda Accord sedan was rear-ended by a burgundy Chevrolet Suburban SUV in the middle lane.
San Bernardino County Fire and paramedics remained at the crash site to assist with treating the patients. The exact conditions of the one occupant were not immediately disclosed.
The other driver had minor injuries.
CHP is currently investigation into the exact cause of the crash.
