APPLE VALLEY, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A vehicle fire near the Dale Evans Parkway exit on the southbound side of Interstate 15 caused major traffic delays during Monday afternoon commute.
California Highway Patrol and the fire Department said they received a call of a vehicle fire that happened on southbound I-15 just before the Dale Evans Pkwy exit at around 2:15pm on December 8, 2025. It looks like a SUV on fire on the right shoulder of the freeway.
Flames were coming from the engine compartment.
Everybody did escape the vehicle before catching fire.
Crews managed to control the blaze before catching nearby brush. There has been no word on any injuries.
