Southbound 15 before Oak HillsRd reported at 2:10pm with 4 to 5 vehicles accident in the center divider.
San Bernardino County Fire Department has called for at least 3 medical helicopters with multiple injuries.
Southbound 15 has been temporarily closed to help the injured and for the medevac helicopters to land on the Southbound 15 side.
