BAKER, CA (Pain In The Pass) >> A fatal rollover accident on northbound Interstate 15 after Razor Road. Sunday afternoon at 1:33pm on May 3, 2020.

California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department units were called to the scene of a single vehicle roll-over accident on northbound I-15 before the city of Baker in the high desert.

The vehicle involved in the rollover was reported as a silver vehicle, and was located about 3 miles after Razor Rd.

When CHP and San Bernardino County Fire arrived on scene they confirmed 5 people had been ejected and requested a total of 3 helicopters for three patients with major injuries were flown to University Medical Center in Las Vegas.

Three people were found unresponsive. Shortly after CHP/County Fire pronounced the three people deceased at the scene.

The northbound I-15 was temporarily shut down in order to allow the airships to land on the freeway.

UPDATE: One of the three passengers has been ID as Monika Johnson, a 23-year-old resident of Las Vegas NV, was pronounced dead at the scene she was the front passenger. Two juvenile passengers were pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers from the California Highway Patrol Barstow Station will be investigating the incident.
