VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >>  The California Highway Patrol Victorville Station was conducting speed enforcement on Interstate 15 in Victorville on Wednesday night May 13, 2020. CHP stopped and impounded two vehicles, both were racing together and driving over 120 miles on the Interstate.

Officer Diaz spotted two vehicles racing each other down the Interstate both traveling at a high rate of speed near the Stoddard Wells Road exit. Both drivers were driving over 120 miles per hour when they were spotted by the CHP.

The CHP stopped both vehicles and cited both. One vehicle was a Sliver Subaru WRX and the second vehicle was a dark blue Chevy Camero both out of the city of Hesperia.

Both drivers will have to pay a hefty ticket plus impound fee, CHP said.

CHP also said they can suspend your license and or imprisonment or both if you engaged in street racing.

If you what to know who won? The California Highway Patrol did by impounding both vehicles for 30 days.

CHP said “We will not tolerate street racing reckless behavior. If you want to race, take it to the track.
