VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An overturned big rig blocked the D Street off and on ramps for hours Wednesday morning in Victorville.
California Highway Patrol, Victorville Police Department and Victorville Fire Department were getting calls at 6:17am. A red big rig with a trailer attached, rolled and crashed on D St., Wednesday July 22, 2020.
From reports, the driver was exiting northbound Interstate 15 at D St. Unable to stop at the traffic light due to no brakes, lost control and rolled over on its side.
The driver did sustain some minor cuts, bumps, and bruises. His passenger was not injured in the crash.
The accident resulted in D Street on and off ramps and eastbound D St. lanes to be closed for hours to off load the overturned trailer.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
