BARSTOW, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) continues work on Interstate 15 to rehabilitate the existing pavement. Work schedule is as follows, weather permitting.
Lane and ramp closures: June 27 to July 2
• Sunday, June 27 from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. – Northbound I-15 alternating lane closures from Lenwood Road to L Street for grinding operations.
• Monday, June 28 from 12:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – Southbound I-15 alternating lane closures from L Street to Lenwood Road for grinding operations.
• Tuesday, June 29 from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. – North and southbound I-15 alternating lane closures approaching Lenwood Road, and Lenwood Road off ramps closed for electrical work. Northbound: 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Southbound: 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Wednesday, June 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – Northbound I-15 shoulder closures near Outlet Center Drive and Lenwood Road for guardrail work and vegetation control.
• Thursday, July 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – North and southbound I-15 shoulder closures from Riverside Avenue to Lenwood Road for guardrail work and vegetation control.
• Thursday, July 1 from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. – Northbound I-15 alternating lane closures approaching and near Barstow Road, and Barstow Road off ramp closed for electrical work.
• Friday, July 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – North and southbound I-15 shoulder closures from Riverside Avenue to Lenwood Road for guardrail work and vegetation control.
Be advised, CHP will be on location to assist with traffic.
