DEVORE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A semi-tractor trailer was blocking several lanes on southbound Interstate 15 near Glen Helen Parkway Monday afternoon.
After heavy rain showers in the area Monday afternoon about 1:13pm, March 28, 2022, a blue sedan reportedly cut off the semi driver. The driver hit his brakes and lost control on the slick roadway. The semi became jackknifed next to the center divider across several lanes, leaving only two lanes open.
The blue sedan with unknown plates didn’t stop and was last seen driving southbound on Interstate 15. The semi driver was not seriously injured njured in the collision, just complained of a leg injury.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
