FONTANA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A 17-year-old killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on northbound Interstate 15 Freeway transition ramp to eastbound 210 Freeway Sunday night, has been identified by the San Bernardino County Coroner Office.
Despite life-saving rescue measures, firefighter officials said Ivan Salcido, a 17-year-old resident of Rialto the driver of the Chevrolet Silverado pickup was pronounced deceased at the scene. A passenger in the pickup truck a 17-year-old girl, sustained moderate to major injuries and was transported to a local hospital, CHP said.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Rancho Cucamonga Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Please check back for updates on this incident.
