SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A motorcyclist was killed on Wednesday night when his bike was hit by multiple vehicles, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The San Bernardino County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the rider as Joseph Jared Sigala-Barron, an 18-years-old, resident of San Bernardino.
California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic accident. The accident was reported at about 8:30pm, Wednesday June 8, 2022. Located on southbound Interstate 215 at the 5th Street exit. The collision involved his motorcycle, a Toyota Corolla, and a GMC SUV.
Despite life-saving rescue measures, firefighters and CHP officials said that Joseph was pronounced deceased at the scene. CHP temporarily shutdown all the lanes for the investigation.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Inland Office.
