HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A head-on collision on Highway 138, between Summit Valley Road and Interstate 15 Thursday morning.
California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic accident. The collision happened at about 9:11am on Thursday October 13, 2022. The vehicles involved in the head on crash were a white Honda Insight sedan with major front end damage and a sliver Nissan Xterra SUV that had major driver side damage and rolled over about two times.
Rescue crews arrived and requested two ambulances. Two people were transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center one in minor condition and the other from the Honda in moderate condition.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Office.
