CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The Southern California Weather Force Weather Service has issued a Fog Advisory for the Cajon Pass Saturday morning. Dense fog can start impacting the Cajon Pass late Friday night or early Saturday morning. This fog can cause, sudden visibility to drop to zero in some places. Most visibility is less than a quarter-mile at times in the Cajon Pass also a chance of light rain/drizzle.

Don’t use emergency lights (flashers) while driving in the fog. You can cause a accident. Driving in fog with flashers on is a moving violation ticket. So please turn them off.

Here are some safety tips for driving in the fog:

Please drive safe, drive slow in the fog, and take your time if you are traveling. I would check for traffic updates in the Facebook group for delays. Fog in the Cajon Pass should lift by late morning but may come and go throughout the afternoon/evening with the storm coming in.
