HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An early Saturday morning crash between two cars and a semi tractor trailer mangled one car and sent a car into the ditch just after 5am according to California Highway Patrol.
CHP and firefighters from Victorville City Fire Department responded to the traffic crash. The collision was reported at about 5:08am, Saturday January 28, 2023. The crash location was on northbound Interstate 15 about a mile before Bear Valley Road.
From what the CHP traffic log stated a driver of a white Mitsubishi Mirage sedan, struck the back of a FedEx tractor trailer semi and a blue Subaru car was also involved.
The Mitsubishi sedan became disabled in the middle/fast lane. The blue Subaru trying to miss the Mitsubishi, drove into the right shoulder ditch area landing upside down.
Rescue crews requested at least two ambulances to the scene. Both drivers of both cars involved had only minor injures and the semi driver was not injured.
All lanes were blocked for about 30 minutes for the removal of the Mitsubishi out of lanes and the debris field of the crash.
