VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> On Friday June 16, the California Highway Patrol Inland Division’s and the Victorville Office conducted an enforcement operation on Interstate 15 and the streets in the Victorville area.

Friday motorcycle officers from the Riverside, San Bernardino, and Rancho Cucamonga CHP area offices worked in collaboration with officers from the Victorville area office to address traffic violation in the Victor Valley Interstate 15 zone and some side streets.

During the operation they issued 202 citation. Some of issues were for a variety of violations and one vehicle was impounded. 

Of the citations issued, 156 were for speeding violations with one driver was cited for driving 116 mph. 

For your safety and the safety of those around you, please obey all traffic laws and drive safely. 

Remember to slow down don’t speed, wear your seatbelt, and stay off your mobile devices while operating a motor vehicle.

The “Pain In The Pass” says just slowing down, driving the speed limits equal saves lives. Give yourself time, prepare ahead and arrive early. Too many speed demons and tailgaters up here in the high desert.
