VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A multi-vehicle crash caused major traffic problems for commuters late Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. (Photo above is credit by Haley Monarrez-Toscano)

The crash was reported just after 11am July 3, 2023, on southbound Interstate 15 just before Main Street. The crash impacted traffic in the surrounding areas, including along Amargosa Road as drivers searched for alternate routes to bypass the collision. 

The vehicle involved were a black Honda CR-V, a red Ford Fusion sedan, a gray Nissan Altima sedan and a sliver Honda Pilot SUV. They blocked the fast lane for about for about 30 minutes and traffic started to build with a 4 mile backup at one point.

They reported two people were transported to Desert Valley Hospital with minor injuries.
