WRIGHTWOOD, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A fatal single vehicle accident on Highway 2 Wednesday night in Wrightwood.
The California Highway Patrol said they were dispatched about 11:26pm on Wednesday September 6, 2023, of a crash on Hwy 2. The collision was reported between Desert Front Road and Wright Mountain Rd.
CHP and the San Bernardino County Fire personnel attempted life-saving measures, but one person died at the scene with injuries sustained during the crash.
The vehicle description was reported to be a dark colored pickup truck off of the right shoulder of highway.
It’s unclear if anyone else was injured stated in the CHP Traffic log.
