LLANO, CA. Pain In The Pass) >> A two-vehicle crash on Highway 138 on the San Bernardino – Los Angeles County Line sent one woman to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
The California Highway Patrol says the crash happened at about 3:26 pm Wednesday on November 22, 2023 near the intersection of Hwy 138 and Puzzle Canyon Road. According to the CHP traffic log, a black, 4 door sedan of unknown make and model was struck from behind by a white Toyota Tundra pickup truck.
It was reported one female was pinned in her vehicle unable to move her leg. Both San Bernardino County Fire Department and Los Angeles County Fire Department were called to the scene of the collision. The sedan had major rear-end damage and the Toyota pickup had major front-end damage.
The woman was sent to a local hospital for unknown injuries. CHP reported the other driver had no major injuries.
Traffic in both lanes was slowed or stopped temporarily as the two vehicles were moved from the roadway. As of 4:30 pm, traffic has returned to normal.
