HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> California Highway Patrol are investigating a hit-and-run accident between a motorcycle and a white sedan that occurred early Sunday afternoon on Interstate 15.
CHP and San Bernardino County Fire Department says the collision happened about 1:29pm January 7, 2023, on southbound I-15 at the Ranchero Road exit, involving a motorcyclist on a blue and black bike and a white Toyota unknown sedan.
The rider was ejected from the bike. The rider was able to get to the right shoulder of the freeway and the bike was in the center divider. Rescue crews arrived on scene to render aid. According to fire department the motorcyclist sustained minor injuries with road rash on both arms. As a result of the crash and was transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
The crash involved the Toyota sedan that fled the area before officers arrived, CHP said.
