SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One person was killed in an early morning crash on Interstate 215 in San Bernardino.

California Highway Patrol said the crash happened about 12:35am Thursday January 11, 2023. CHP reported the drivers of a gray Toyota Prius and a silver Hyundai Tucson SUV made contact, causing the Hyundai to rollover multiple times.

One person was ejected from the Hyundai before the vehicle landed on its roof in the center divider on southbound I-215 just before the Palm Ave./Kendall Dr. exit. Rescue crew tending to all the patients involved in the collision, but sadly the person ejected succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota was not injured.
