HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Firefighters quickly control a very small brush fire that broke out in the hills of Hesperia.
The Summit Fire was reported about 12pm Wednesday, April 24, 2024. The location of the fire was near Los Flores Road and Summit Valley Rd. San Bernardino County Fire Department, CAL FIRE, and San Bernardino National Forest firefighters were quickly on scene.
The cool weather and low gusty winds help the fire to not spread fast. Firefighters quickly contained the fire to less than a ¼ acre burned.
No structures were threatened and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
