Firefighters make Quick Work of a Brush Fire in Lytle Creek Saturday Morning

LYTLE CREEK, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Crews with the San Bernardino County Fire Department, Cal Fire, and the San Bernardino National Forest Service all help knocked down a 5-acre brush fire near the town of Lytle Creek early Saturday morning. 

Fire crews were called in at about 12:12am on October 26, 2024. The fire was location on south Lytle Creek Road and Middle Fork Rd

When fire personnel units were on scene. They found the brush fire burning on both sides of the road with a moderate rate of spread.

At 3:22am fire crews said forward progress stopped and holding at about 5 acres burned.

This fire is being called the “Scott Fire”. The cause was under investigation.
