The traffic accident occurred on the Northbound I15 between Highway 138 and Oak Hill Rd exits, around 10:35pm on Saturday January 4, 2025, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials responded and located one of the two vehicles a gray Saturn sedan with major damage and blocking the slow lane and right shoulder of the freeway. The other vehicle involved in the collision was reported to be a sliver sedan with major front-end damage.

One of the motorists a white GMC Pick-up Truck was attempting to move their vehicle to the right shoulder. The truck had a flat tire after running over debris from the crash.

Paramedics responded to help anyone hurt in the crash and they decline medical attention at the scene.

It wasn’t immediately determined what may have caused the crash. We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at the time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
