California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department firefighters were getting calls of a vehicle on fire, on northbound Interstate 15 right shoulder just before the Bear Valley Road exit. The car fire was reported about 6:38apm Saturday March 29, 2025, with flames coming from the engine compartment.
California Highway Patrol and firefighters were on the scene to work on getting the vehicle fire put out. They had to temporary shutdown the slow lane.
Everybody did escape the vehicle before it became fully engulfed in flames.
No injuries were reported at the scene. The cause of the vehicle fire is unknown at this time.
