FONTANA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A traffic collision resulted to a three vehicle collision to on northbound Interstate 15 Wednesday late afternoon. (Photo above is credit by Christian Sotelo.)
The incident happened around 4:08pm on April 9, 2025, on northbound I-15 just after the Summit Avenue exit.
It was reported to be a three-vehicle collision involved blue Mazda CX series SUV with major front-end damage. The second vehicle was a dark gray Dodge Ram pickup truck with some minor rear-end damage The third vehicle was dark gray Chrysler 200 sedan with major rear-end damage.
Just minor injuries were reported in the collision. One person reported to be bleeding.
It wasn’t immediately determined what may have caused the collision. We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at the time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
