CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Drivers traveling through the Cajon Pass Saturday morning and afternoon should prepare for one lane closed for road maintenance operation.
Work will take place on Saturday morning, May 3rd from 5:30am to 3pm*. This maintenance operation will require a full closure of the Southbound I-15 Oak Hill Road offramp and onramp. One lane will be closed #4 slow lane from Oak Hill Road to the Truck Escape Ramp for culvert inspections and drainage cleaning.
This operation is needed to help prevent flooding on the roadways.
Please reduce your speed when near work areas for the safety of crews and other drivers on the route. Signage will be placed ahead to indicate approaching roadway work.
*Times can subject to change and could go longer or start earlier. On and off ramps may be subject to closure. Please use caution and remember to reduce your speed when approaching and driving through the construction zones. Schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or construction issues.
