HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A driver was arrested Monday afternoon after leading a high-speed pursuit that ended on southbound Interstate 15 in Hesperia.
The chase began around 1pm on October 13, 2025 in Rancho Cucamonga According to California Highway Patrol the driver was wanted for a road rage incident.
Several CHP patrol cars were tailing the driver of a sliver Ford F-150 pickup truck, as he swerved through traffic on northbound 15.
With help from a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department helicopter and a CHP airplane that both were overhead called out info.
He made it through the Cajon Pass with a traffic break to try to slow him down before he made it to the high desert.
The chase went on for nearly an hour until the driver exited northbound 15 freeway at Roy Rogers Drive exit, then back on the freeway going southbound on 15 freeway.
The vehicle came to a stop on the right shoulder near the Highway 395 onramp.
He was taken into custody without incident about 1:55pm.
His identity was not immediately available.
