CRESTLINE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead off a remote road near Highway 138 Tuesday morning.
San Bernardino County Deputies responded to reports of a body being spotted near Highway 138 and Crestline Road in the town of Crestline at around 11:42am November 18, 2025.
Crews reportedly found the woman’s body over the side of a cliff area and worked to remove her safely.
Further details, including her identity, the cause of death or how long she had been there, were not released at this time.
No further information was provided by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department as the case remains under investigation.
