CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Classic car fire lights up the night sky in the Cajon Pass on Interstate 15 Saturday night.
The car fire was reported about 6:26pm on December 6, 2025, with the California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire were on scene to extinguish car the fire just after the Kenwood Avenue exit on the right shoulder.
CHP and firefighters were on the scene and had to temporarily shut down the slow lane while they worked on getting the vehicle extinguish.
Everybody did escape the classic Ford Falcon Ranchero car before it became fully engulfed.
No injuries were reported at the scene.
The cause of the vehicle fire is unknown at this time.
