FONTANA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An Apple Valley man and a father after the driver rear-ended a semi tractor-trailer on Interstate 15 in Fontana Thursday morning.
Brian Galvan, 21 years-old, was killed in the collision, he was driving a black Lexus 400 series sedan at about 3:15am, on December 11, 2025, on northbound I-15 Freeway just before the Sierra Avenue exit.
From the CHP traffic log stated the semi tractor-trailer was parked on the right shoulder of the freeway, when Galvan was traveling at an unknown speed crash into the back of the parked trailer.
Galvan was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The semi driver sustained no injuries.
Galvan left behind a family devastated by his sudden loss. He a loving father of three with another baby on the way, and his partner Alondra, loved ones said in a statement accompanying an GoFundMe fundraiser page to help with the funeral he deserves.
