SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> San Bernardino National Forest Fire crews will be burning piles of wood (under a controlled burn).

Crews are targeting to burn about 6 large piles of vegetation over approximately 5 acres of land behind or next to the Sycamore Fire Station 32, located on Glen Helen Parkway near Sierra Avenue.
Ignitions are to begin around 10am Tuesday morning and are estimated to be completed by the end of the day around 4pm if weather premits.
The weather reports are predicted to be sunny and cool temps with light gusty winds. This expected limit smoke dispersion into the communities, but resident and visitors should be aware the smell may be noticeable.
Smoke and flame will be visible from the 15 freeway, North Fontana area, please do not call 911 to report this.
Please watch for warning signs and firefighters if you are anywhere near the Sycamore Fire Station.
