PHELAN, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A 22-year-old man was hit and killed by a car after the California Highway Patrol says he ran out into traffic on Highway 138 near Sheep Creek Road in Phelan.
According to CHP Dispatch, the incident happened around 8:11pm on Tuesday February 10, 2026.
The man has been identified as Serlo Alleyne of Phelan.
The driver of the white Ford Fusion sedan stayed at the scene and was cooperating with officers.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office.
