FONTANA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A car fire caused a lane closure on a stretch of northbound Interstate 15 Easter morning.
Fire crew were called to a silver Chevrolet Envoy SUV on fire about 11:23am on Sunday April 5, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a car fire caused the right lane of northbound I-15 just after Sierra Avenue onrahttps://injuryatwork.com/mp to close, and traffic was being directed through the left lanes.
At one point, flames reach nearby vegetation and both were quickly extinguished.
No one was injured in the car fire.
No additional information about the fire has been released at this time.
