Expect Traffic for 3 Days this Week for Graduation Ceremonies for 3 High Schools in Hesperia at the Glen Helen Amphitheater

DEVORE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Thousands are expected each day to attend Graduation Commencement Ceremony at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in Devore. Expect Heavy traffic on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoon in the Cajon Pass going southbound on Interstate 15 at the 215 Interchange on Devore Road going to the Glen Helen Amphitheater.

If you plan on traveling to or through the Cajon Pass in the afternoon, please give yourself plenty of extra time.

Also weather may be a factor with foggy conditions in the Cajon Pass with chances of light rain showers each day.

Graduates should plan to arrive beginning at 4pm when the venue opens Only Student Parking Gate 1. The guest without student use parking lot Gate 2, gate opens at 5pm and guests will be allowed to enter the venue at 5pm.

Special Notice: There is a $10 parking fee vehicle for guest parking at Glen Helen Amphitheater (No Cash).

We advise that graduating students and their guests to give themselves extra time for travel and for parking. There will be a long line to park.

The ceremony begins at 6pm each day. The ceremony will last approximately over two (2+) hours. Live stream links has been posted for each high school.

OAK HILLS HIGH SCHOOL on Tuesday, May 26th at 6pm. Oak Hills High School live stream link.

SULTANA HIGH SCHOOL on Wednesday, May 27th at 6pm. Sultana High School live stream link.

HESPERIA HIGH SCHOOL on Thursday, May 28th at 6pm. Hesperia High School live stream link.

Victor Valley Community College on Wednesday, June 17, at 6pm.

Each graduation ceremony should end at or just before 9pm.

Traffic Tips to and from Oak Hills/Hesperia area below:

Expect traffic delays each afternoon around 3-5pm on southbound Interstate 15 in the Cajon Pass.

Expect heavy traffic delays around 4-5pm each day on Devore Road onto to Glen Helen Parkway then in the parking lot.

No Roadwork at night on I-15 in the Cajon Pass and in Hesperia.

Know before you go and check and join the Pain In The Pass Facebook Group for up-to-date traffic conditions on the 15 freeway.

GLEN HELEN AMPHITHEATER – GUIDELINES

Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size (PLASTIC ONLY, NO METAL OR GLASS CONTAINERS). Camelbacks, aluminum containers or Hydroflasks are not permitted.
