HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A car has burst into flames after a four-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 15 just before the Joshua Street Highway 395 exit early Sunday morning.
California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire were called to the crash scene at around 2:08am on August 16, 2026.
The incident involved two cars a black one and a red BMW sedan that caught fire, a gray Honda Pilot SUV overturned on its roof and an unknown vehicle.
The occupants of the vehicles involved managed to escape without any serious injuries.
Traffic was at a standstill traffic to fight the fire and remove the vehicles out of the traffic lanes.
“It is unknown at this time if speed and alcohol/drugs were a factor pending further investigation.”
