CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Two people were injured, after a driver blew a stop sign, causing a three-vehicle crash Sunday evening on Highway 138 and the 15 Freeway offramp.
The crash happened around 6:10pm August 30, 2026 on Hwy 138 offramp from northbound 15 Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The three vehicles were involved in the collision was a blue Ford Mustang, sliver Nissan Titan pickup truck and a Black or dark gray Mazda cx30 SUV.
San Bernardino County Fire Department were dispatched to the scene to report one person laying on the ground.
A witness stated the Ford Mustang failed to stop at the intersection’s posted stop sign and flashing red lights, entering the path of the Nissan pickup truck and the Mazda SUV. Both vehicles were making a left turn.
Two people were hospitalized; with unknown condition, one person was reported to be a 4-year-old.
